Garlic Infused Olive Oil - 100% Organic
Oil extracted from organically grown Artichoke Garlic is infused into our Andalucian extra-virgin olive oil to craft the rich, vivacious, & spicy taste of our Garlic infused olive oil. Our Andalucian oil is crafted from a blend of Hojiblanca and Lechin de Sevilla olives. These olive varietals are typical of the Andalucia region in the South of Spain, and produce a very strong and robust olive oil. Most of the olives in this oil come from our heritage grove of 150 year old trees, which formed the initial core of Ojai Olive Oil. The resulting oil is wonderful, but decidedly sharp, strong, and peppery. All of our olive oil is milled on our ranch in Ojai, CA, from organically grown olives.
NOTE: All of our olive oils right now are from the new harvest, Oct-Dec of 2017. That means that these oils are wonderfully fresh and extremely healthy, packed with polyphenols & antioxidants. Fresh olive oil is prized around the world for its amazing health benefits and distinctly strong taste.
