Basil Infused Olive Oil - 100% Organic

Organically grown Sweet Basil is infused into our Tuscan extra virgin olive oil to create the sweet, delicate & herbaceous taste of our Basil Infused Olive Oil. Our Tuscan oil is crafted from a blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Maurino & Nocellara del Belice olives. These olive varietals tend to produce characteristically grassy, peppery & fruity olive oils, and are harvested & milled early in the season to maximize the green and vibrant notes of the fruit. Our olive oils are all made on our family owned & operated farm in the Ojai Valley, and are unfiltered, first-press & cold-pressed.

NOTE: All of our olive oils right now are already from the new harvest of 2022, happening this November-December. That means that these oils are wonderfully fresh and extremely healthy, packed with polyphenols & antioxidants.  It also means that the oils are stronger than usual, so be prepared for our bolder oils to be especially bold, and even our mild oils will still have that nice bite that only comes when the oil is extremely fresh.  The new season’s fresh olive oil is prized around the world for its amazing health benefits and distinctly vibrant taste.
