Our Signature extra virgin olive oil is a special mono-varietal bottling of oil only from Columella trees. We only make a Signature oil in standout years, and this harvest has been our best ever!  Oil from Columella olives is naturally buttery, smooth & fruity, and we harvested and milled late in the season, to optimize its sweet and subtle notes.  This very special oil was made on our family owned and operated farm in the Ojai Valley, and is unfiltered, first-press & cold-pressed.
