Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 100% Organic
Our Tuscan oil is crafted from a blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Maurino, & Noccelare del Belice olives.. These olive varietals are typical of the Tuscany region in the north of Italy, and produce a characteristically grassy, peppery & fruity olive oil. These olives are harvested early in the season, when some of them are still green in color, giving it a nice mix between milder and stronger notes. All of our olive oil is milled on our ranch in Ojai, CA, from organically grown olives.
NOTE: All of our olive oils right now are from the new harvest, Oct-Dec of 2017. That means that these oils are wonderfully fresh and extremely healthy, packed with polyphenols & antioxidants. Fresh olive oil is prized around the world for its amazing health benefits and distinctly strong taste.
