This year’s Signature extra virgin olive oil is a special mono-varietal bottling of oil only from Nocellara del Belice olives. Nocellara del Belice olives tend to produce a particularly buttery, smooth, mild, & fruity olive oil. This year’s harvest of these olives was picked and milled very late in the season to maximize the sweet & subtle notes of the fruit. We only make a Signature olive oil in special years when there is a batch of olive oil that stands out above all of the rest, and this olive oil is definitely exceptional. Our olive oils are all made on our family owned & operated farm in the Ojai Valley, and are unfiltered, first-press & cold-pressed.
NOTE: All of our olive oils right now are from the new harvest, Nov- Dec 2020. That means that these oils are wonderfully fresh and extremely healthy, packed with polyphenols & antioxidants. Fresh olive oil is prized around the world for its amazing health benefits and distinctly strong taste
